​Techniques to decrease dizziness and regain your postural control
We utilize technology to get a complete picture of balance and function.
Davis PTSR treats individuals with vertigo, dizziness and balance problems to decrease risk of falls and improve functional mobility. Vestibular rehabilitation (VRT) is an exercise-based program, designed by a trained vestibular physical therapist, to improve balance and reduce problems related to dizziness. Most VRT exercises involve head movement which are essential in stimulating and retraining the vestibular system.

Evidence has shown that vestibular rehabilitation can be effective in improving symptoms related to many vestibular (inner ear/balance) disorders such as vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbance, and/or imbalance. Vestibular dysfunction is commonly caused  by head injury, aging, and viral infection. Other illnesses, as well as genetics and environmental factors, may also cause or contribute to vestibular disorders.
