Your physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation which includes extensive history, physical examination, education on current condition, development of your goals, treatment planning and a home exercise program. You will leave with a plan and homework. Each visit will be a reassessment of how things are going - better, worse or the same? The answer will drive the content for your visit.
