Adam Bungarden
PT, DPT

Adam Bungarden is a PT, DPT with a strong passion for neurologic rehabilitation and patient-centered care. His clinical experience spans complex neurologic, pediatric, and orthopedic populations, with hands-on training at top regional institutions including Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital, The New Jersey Centers of Physical Therapy, and the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Clinic.

Beyond the clinic, Adam’s background reflects a deep commitment to disability advocacy and community engagement. As a trainee with the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program, he completed interdisciplinary training focused on supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Adam’s leadership extends into nonprofit work and adaptive fitness. He has served as an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer with Arena Adaptive, supporting athletes with disabilities in achieving safe, effective, and meaningful fitness participation. He is also a founding member of Scatter Sunshine, a nonprofit dedicated to making therapeutic horseback riding accessible for children with disabilities— helping raise over $55,000 to date.
