Lights, Camera, Healing: Shawnee High Students Capture Davis Physical Therapy's Innovation in Action
We’re thrilled to share a unique behind-the-scenes look at our practice courtesy of some talented young filmmakers! Recently, film and media students from Shawnee High School had the incredible opportunity to shadow the Viewpoint Project, a Public Television segments film crew, as they created an educational documentary about Davis PTSR.
This collaborative project showcases our state-of-the-art facilities and provides valuable hands-on experience for aspiring filmmakers. The students witnessed firsthand how our team of expert physical therapists utilizes advanced technology and personalized treatment plans to help our patients overcome pain and improve their quality of life.
We’re proud to be part of this educational initiative, bridging the gap between healthcare and media while inspiring the next generation of storytellers.

From Vision to Reality: Celebrating the Evolution and Expansion of Davis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab
What began as a vision became a mission that is now a reality. As Davis PTSR enters this new chapter, we pause to remember the “then,” celebrate the “now,” and look ahead to the “future.”
The “Then”
Dr. Andrea Davis founded Davis Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab (Davis PTSR) in 2016. Her goal: To deliver high-caliber physical therapy treatment and specializing in the application of cutting-edge technology for rehabilitation and sports performance. Over the years, her goal has evolved into a well-defined mission and vision with core values to support both.

At Davis PTSR, our mission centers on changing the perception of physical therapy by providing individualized care using research, analytics, advanced technology and hands-on techniques.

The “Now”
It has been only a couple of days since the doors opened, and the excitement is bubbling over. The new 5,000-square-foot facility is more than double the space available for Davis PTSR with 800 square feet of open space/turf for Return to Play programming and video analysis of sport-specific biomechanics. In addition, there are three (3) evaluation rooms and a testing suite for the Davis PTSR’s proprietary Analytics for Athletes program. At our new home, we provide:
Physical Therapy • Injury Risk Reduction • Performance Assessment and Enhancement • Post-Operative Rehabilitation • Joint Pain Therapy • Spine Care • Neurological and Concussions Treatment • Vestibular • Golf Rehab
More than what we do is how we do it. We teach patients how to move, which often means working harder, enduring longer, and reaching further. Treatment plans may be individual, but patients are never alone, with a PT Patient Captain providing instruction and encouragement every step of the way.
The “Future”
At Davis PTSR the word “settle” is not in our vocabulary. Known for our expansive use of technology, the additional space at this new facility allows for even more as we further expand ACL and spine programs as well as concussion recovery, team and small group training, clinical education and sports psychology.

The Final Countdown the New 5,000 Square Foot State of the Art Facility
After years of dreaming, months of planning and countless hours of teamwork, the day has finally come. August 21st begins a new chapter for Davis PTSR and Team Davis could not be more excited to welcome patients and colleagues, family and friends.
“Making this move and the complete restoration of 338 Stokes Road began over a year ago. My dream… To build a large enough facility that would offer the highest quality of care using research and advanced technology combined with our skilled, personalized approach to patient treatment. I truly believe Team Davis is the very best at what we do in putting our patients’ needs first. Each member are by far the smartest and most caring group of people I have ever worked with over the course of my career and we are a team in every sense of the word. Update on Davis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab New 5,000 Square Foot State of the Art Facility
From the outside, it is clear that great progress continues at the new home of Davis PTSR. The exterior takes further shape – windows, shutters, entrance pillars and more. Even some of the walkways are now in place. But what passers-by cannot see is the amazing transformation on the inside. With the wiring installed and interior walls being built, the one-time vacant 5,000 square foot will soon house approximately 800 square feet of open space/turf for Return to Play programming and video analysis of sport-specific biomechanics. In addition, there will be three (3) evaluation rooms and a testing suite for Analytics for Athletes program.

The fit-out continues on the new Davis PTSR state-of-the-art facility. When we say “topping it off,” we mean it literally, as the new roof will be in place soon. From top to bottom, the 5,000-square-foot space is coming along. But don’t take our word for it. Drive by 338 Stokes Road in Medford and see for yourself. It is certainly starting to feel real.

Davis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Opening New 5,000 Square Foot State of the Art Facility in Medford This Year
We are excited to announce that our new state-of-the-art facility will be opening later this year at 338 Stokes Road in Medford. With over 5,000 square feet of space, including 800 square feet of open space/turf for Return to Play programming and video analysis of sport-specific biomechanics, and three (3) evaluation rooms and a testing suite for the Davis PTSR’s proprietary Analytics for Athletes program, our new facility will offer more than double the space for Davis PTSR.
We are committed to enhancing our team’s ability to better help patients by branching out further with our ACL and spine programs, concussion recovery, team and small group training, clinical education, and sports psychology. We take pride in our extensive use of technology, and this new space will allow us to offer even more cutting-edge treatments.
Dr. Andrea Davis is personally involved in every aspect of the development project, and she is invigorated and driven to elevate the care we provide to our patients and the community as a whole. We are looking forward to increasing staff and programs and giving back to the community by partnering with schools, businesses, and organizations in the area to educate residents, young and old.

Analytics for Athletes
On Thursday, November 3, 2022, Team Davis saw 100 Burlington Township High School Athletes in less than 60 minutes. Using our Analytics for Athletes Program, all athletes were assessed and given home programs specific to their deficiencies.
Analytics for Athletes utilizes our technology to provide data for proprioceptive function, reaction, agility, speed, power, stability, strength, biomechanics, muscular imbalances, and more to provide the best care for our athletes.
