Physical Therapist
Are you an experienced physical therapist looking to join a growing practice that is changing the perception of physical therapy? Davis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is currently seeking a hardworking, skilled physical therapist to improve the quality of life for our patients. You will work hand-in-hand with our entire staff, using research, analytics, advanced technology, and hands-on techniques to deliver optimal results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients’ progress
Record and document patient care services using EMR
Communicate with and educate patients with compassion
Execute appropriate return-to-life planning

This collaborative approach means your recovery plan evolves as you do, incorporating the latest clinical insights and hands-on techniques to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of previous experience in physical therapy
Experience or interest in data analytics and clinical application
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media and community-based marketing
Strong leadership qualities
Team player skilled in collaborating with other professionals
Education/degree in physical therapy

In addition, the facility offers post-operative rehabilitation, joint pain therapy, spine care, and neurological and concussion treatment. Patients receive focused attention and hands-on care with a collaborative approach that harnesses the combined individual expertise of the team’s physical therapists to create a custom plan of care for each patient.
