My journey and skills as a player, coach and physical therapist give me a unique perspective on treatment. I look forward to serving athletes and non-athletes alike in this patient-focused practice.

Community Involvement

Andrea is an active member of the Medford Community. She volunteers at local girls’ youth sports organizations, serves on her children’s school committees, sponsors Cozies 4 Chemo and Liam’s Lighthouse Foundation and proudly supports Peyton’s Promise and the Rita P. Johnson Scholarship Fund. Davis PTSR sponsors many local sports teams including Shawnee Boys Lacrosse, Cherokee Girls Softball and MYAA Softball and Baseball.

Dr. Andrea Johnson Davis graduated from College Misericordia in 2010 with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, after previously completing her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy there in 1999. Her career path began in high school when, as a competitive field hockey and basketball player, a severe ankle sprain forced her to seek physical therapy for help. The treatment she received at Temple Sports Medicine had a dramatic effect on her ability to compete and her life. Andrea was able to enter college as a Division III athlete and pursue Physical Therapy as her field of study.

After completion of her Masters’ program, Andrea began to work in a private orthopedic PT practice where she sharpened her technical, management and professional skills, working with her colleagues to grow a practice that had a passion for high-quality care, expert treatment dedicated to safe, healthy long-term patient recovery.  Andrea also had a part time coaching career at LaSalle University at this time. And in 2013, she opened Driving Force Softball Strength and Conditioning for female athletic training.
